We had a great time at Hotel Sport, Resort. The pool temperature was perfect, and we loved the hot showers. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed the lively atmosphere by the pool at night. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, with old photos on the walls that took us on a nostalgic journey.
One minor drawback was the coordination between Hotel Bistra and Hotel Sport. The phone number provided was for Hotel Bistra, and they didn't answer or return calls promptly.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the ski lift, and also next to all the amenities that one needs. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff was very polite and always available to help me.
The hotel lacked certain amenities that I expected to find, like basic things in the bathroom such as toilet paper and soap. The pool area was not at all comfortable, with only five sunbeds available, and there was no other seating to relax on.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, only a short walk from the ski lift and with all amenities close by. The staff was incredibly friendly and always accessible, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the spa area and pool was impressive, and the breakfast was well-prepared with lots of options.
Nothing, all great! From the moment I arrived until the time I departed, everything exceeded my expectations.

The hotel has a good location, being close to the skiing facilities and having all necessary amenities within reach. the room was nicely decorated and comfortable, with a good atmosphere. the breakfast was well-prepared and had a good variety of options. the spa area was enjoyable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel lacked proper coordination between the different sections, which resulted in a lack of communication with guests.
